Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Given the nature of stationery products, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. As I’m a small business and one-woman operation, I really appreciate your understanding.

If your order arrived damaged though, please let me know and I’ll be happy to send you a fresh item!

Do you ship internationally?

Studio Sunanda ships to the following countries: Canada, United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland.

I'm not able to ship elsewhere just yet, as I'm a small business starting out. I hope to add more countries to this list in the coming months and years!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time will depend on the method you choose and your location.

Within Canada:

  • Flat-rate lettermail (no tracking): within 4-10 business days
  • Expedited parcel (with tracking): within 3-7 business days

To the United States:

  • Flat-rate (with tracking): within 10-15 business days.
  • Given customs inspections and changes to international mail processes, I'm estimating things to be a little slow - thanks in advance for your patience!

I'm in the US and my order is taking forever to arrive!

Waiting for a package to arrive can be exciting... and also a giant pain. So, I'm sorry to hear it's been frustrating!

Given changes to cross-border import/export regulations, shipping from Canada to the US has been particularly slow recently, unfortunately. I've been seeing it take from 10-15 business days for a package to travel from Ontario to California, if that helps for context.

If it's been more than 15 business days, please shoot me an email (support@studiosunanda.ca) and I'll be more than happy to refund your shipping cost.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Oh no, that's a bummer! Please send me an email at support@studiosunanda.ca with a photo of your item. I can send a replacement to you right away.

My order never arrived! :(

If it has been 20 business days and your order STILL hasn't arrived, please email me and I will be happy to send you a new order right away!
